Hello, my name is Gustavo, but you can call me Batinga. Wherever I went, this was the affectionate nickname people gave me, and it’s how my surname became my artistic and professional name. Originally from the marvelous city, I am a creative professional and art director with over 20 years of experience, currently based in Salvador, Bahia.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with talented individuals and working with major brands, including Itaú, Brastemp, Consul, Telefônica, Terra, C&A, Guaraná Antarctica, Bohemia Beer, Pepsico, Natura, Super Bonder, Azeites Gallo, Quaker, among other private and public entities. In addition to my experience in agencies, I have also participated in 10 political campaigns across various regions of Brazil.
Over the years, my work has been recognized with several prestigious awards, both national and international, including Cannes Lions, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Brazilian Creative Club, PPA • Professionals of the Year, Lürzer's Archive, and Colunistas.
